UX/UI Improvements for the
NOI Asistente Mobile App
After redesigning and developing Aspel’s new website, the next step was to improve the NOI Asistente mobile app by correcting usability issues
and proposing new solutions for everyday employee needs. The work focused on making core tasks faster, clearer, and more practical for users.
NOI Asistente is a mobile app designed to help employees manage daily work-related tasks in a simpler and more accessible way.
After the redesign of Aspel’s website, the project evolved into improving the app experience by addressing specific usability issues and proposing new mobile solutions for employees.
The work included ideas to streamline attendance registration for remote employees through fingerprint or PIN access, allowing users to check in and check out more easily from home.
Additional proposals included location-based tracking to identify where users were working from, as well as new flows that would allow employees to download payroll receipts and request leave directly through the mobile app.
The goal was to create a more efficient, user-friendly, and practical experience aligned with employees’ day-to-day needs.
