Currently at Bupa, I contribute to the redesign and continuous improvement of the Bupa mobile application, making design decisions based on user stories, usage metrics, and emerging trends in digital healthcare.
I design and optimize user flows for members' health monitoring, integrating artificial intelligence and mobile technologies to enhance the overall user experience.
I redesigned a responsive web interface that enables insurance agents and members to schedule medical appointments through their insurance policies, improving accessibility and streamlining the booking experience.

participated in the redesign of Ci TrdR, a mobile application that enables clients to manage their financial assets and access key features such as stock market investments, account enrollment, capital markets, and money market operations.
